What is it like to do a painting course in the Northern Territory? Training is carried out on-line and at the training center in Darwin

Certificate III in Painting and Decorating is available for new entrants and experienced painters. Experienced painters with more than 4 years experience can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning.

Enroled students can complete training at their own pace in their work-place, without needing to travel for block training. Trainers conduct site visits, and may organise training on-site or at the training facility.

All theory is conducted on-line using our industry approved e-learning system, with over 1500 multi-media lessons on every aspect of the trade. The course can be accessed on any internet connected device, including PC, laptops, tablets and smart-phones.

All practical training is conducted on-site, or at the training facility in Darwin.

Duration and Fees:

Painters with no previous experience: 3 years

Fees: $6000

Painters with 1 year experience: 2 years

Fees: $5000

Painters with 2 years experience: 1 year

Fees: $4000

Painters with 3 years experience or more: 3 months

Fees: $2990

Outcome: Nationally recognised qualification CPC30611 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating, issued by Masters in Building Training, RTO 40666
