Mauri

Post by s3y888 » Tue Feb 21, 2012 2:33 am

Hi, I have just joined this forum as a student. My name is Seilosa and I'm pretty excited about the course I'm taking at the moment, which is Painting and Interior Decorating. I am from a small Pacific Island nation called Kiribati and this is the first time Painting has been introduced to us at a professional level.

There is a question I'd like to ask trainers
; What are some examples of tools and equipment used to apply decorative paint finishes? :?:

Mauri and welcome to the forum Seilosa. Nice to see you get involved.

I know that you understand some of the basic tools we use such as brush and roller, but their are so many other tools that we use that in time you will use to that make interesting finishes and speed up application.

For example, later you will use an airless spray gun, it puts out around three litres per minute. Imagine that, a four litre can empty in less then two minutes.

I am sure some of the other trainers can also tell you about some other things you will use.
