I am interested in what you are doing with your flocc.
Has anyone trying recycling it back into paint?
Have you tried to make pavers out of it?
I have been slowly core filling a block wall here, later I intend mixing a latex with it and rendering over the wall. Then I will call it the "Great Wall of Paint" as monument to environmental sustainability.
By the way, here is a little video I made about flocculation: I have embedded it on this page http://www.painters.edu.au/Training-Resources/

Nigal Gorman from Homepaintersinfo http://www.homepaintersinfo.com/ just put me on to this site. I might give them a call or pay a visit when I am in Oz.
